It takes about 20 minutes to drive to the villa from the airport, and about 20 minutes to get to Walt Disney World and the other major attractions in Orlando. The Atlantic coast at Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre are about 55 minutes drive to the east. The Gulf of Mexico at St Petersburg and Busch Gardens are 90 minutes drive to the west. The villa is fully detached and built on a 1/5 th acre plot which backs onto a small private lake. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large lounge, a fully fitted kitchen/diner, a utility area and a double garage . The property is luxuriously furnished and has fitted carpets throughout. It has air-conditioning to every room, and there are also ceiling fans for additional air circulation. It will sleep up to six people in the bedrooms and another two on the convertible sofa in the lounge.
